Provide an overview/ description of your industry.
Over the years, the movement of embossed ID dog tags that were typically found within the military are now being promoted into the retail gift and novelty markets. More gift stores/museum gift stores have started selling this product to its patrons, majority of gift stores are military themed. Although an untapped market is the temporary /mobile outdoor vendor concessions market; such as festivals, craft fairs, air shows, car & bike rallies/shows, flea market and while not at a venture, you can create an on-line site to allow customers to order embossed dog tags as well.
Why do you think your company stands out in the industry?
It has been a leader in the embossing/imprinting markets for many years and its well-known brand “Addressograph” has been around since the late 1890’s.
What makes your franchise/ business opportunity more attractive than your competitor’s?
Initial investment of business opportunity and all that you get from the investment.
Describe the ideal candidate. Do you think your requirements are any different than your competitors'?
We’re looking for those that like being their own boss, being able to choice the venue of their choice, meeting with the general public, likes to travel and make their own hours.
What’s the strongest skill you require in a candidate?
Independent and motivated to make money.
Describe the working environment of your franchisees (indoors, home office, mobile, etc…). Is your environment typical of other companies in your industry?
The work environment is primarily mobile outdoor vendor/concessions market concept and as well as a home business when not out at venues.
How much experience in this industry should a franchisee candidate have should they consider buying a franchise in your industry?
For this business opportunity, they do not need any experience in the industry, just the drive to make money.
