Site Selection
Which Wich has site criteria guidelines, published to insure that all the delicate nuisances of real estate selection are addressed. As a new owner, we'll assist you with the detailed process that involves the collaboration of the franchisee, our corporate team, and our preferred real estate brokers specializing in restaurant placement. Our typical store size is 500 to 1,500 square feet.

Where you\'ll find Which Wich: inline, end cap, airport, food court, university, hospital, arena, freestanding, military base, full service with seats, carry-out/delivery locale, enclosed mall, and with other co-brands.

Training & Support
Which Wich trains each franchisee and their team at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. We provide ongoing support throughout the life of every Which Wich store. Our two-week training sessions involve classroom time, review of our written and on-line manuals, as well as plenty of hands-on training. Before graduating from our training program, each franchisee participates in an "owner simulation" course in which he or she actually runs a Which Wich location.

Our ongoing support is something that distinguishes us from other franchise companies.
