Training
Through a combination of classroom instruction and on-site training, you'll acquire the knowledge and skills required to operate your Sofi's Crepes Café. Training will include such things as operations and procedures, customer service and, of course, the art of crepe-making. A member of our support staff will be on hand to assist you, as you prepare to open your own shop.

Operations Manual
We will supply you with a comprehensive operations manual that contains our policies, procedures, delicious recipes, food preparation techniques, and much more. This well-organized volume will provide you with an invaluable reference, as you start out and in the years ahead.

Site Selection
You will receive guidelines on choosing an appropriate location for your Sofi's Crepes franchise. Up-and-coming, trendy locations are most suitable, and Sofi's Crepes can be retrofitted into many existing buildings and strip stores.
