KID'S COMMUNITY COLLEGE® Franchises is the new standard in accredited, high-quality, early childhood educational systems. Globally, colleges, universities and other institutions of higher learning exist to meet the need for higher learning - yet few institutions exist to provide a true, consistent premier learning and developmental environment for young children - until now!

Our campuses are designed as the genesis of life-long learning for children ages 4 weeks to 5th grade. Our 1st Degree Learning System™ incorporates the Multiple Intelligence Principles of Howard Gardner with a differentiated, individual, developmentally appropriate and thematic instructional approach. Concurrently, we promote a spirit of family, community, cooperation and inter-dependence in which every child's contribution is recognized, valued, and rewarded.

Support
The KID'S COMMUNITY COLLEGE® Franchise Company serves you as an infrastructure and operational support organization. We offer recognized expertise in the areas of Business Development, Human Resources, Fiscal Administration, Training, Marketing, Facilities Management and Grant Writing to assist you in developing your business and the delivery of needed services and products. In addition, our franchise team brings first-hand, practical, real-world experience in starting, building and growing your franchise.

Training
Our training system is where we begin to separate ourselves from other franchise systems. Through our 1st Degree Franchise Training System™ you acquire skills rapidly through the initial training program with on-site and ongoing training to reinforce those skills. Our in-depth initial basic training covers:

• What you need to know about providing your services
• How to find the right real estate
• Dealing with leases, permits and building design
• Hiring and managing employees
• How to conduct marketing and merchandising
• How to do the business accounting
• Where to get supplies and inventory
• Getting the equipment you need for the business

Ongoing training and support include newsletters, meetings, networking, Inter/Intranet sites, evaluations, a toll-free support line, field operations support, and additional training sessions (which are particularly advantageous when we release new products and services). Another area of training and support will involve franchise advisory groups and franchise associations.

Sales & Marketing
One of the most valuable benefits of joining our established franchise system is brand name awareness and market positioning. You'll benefit from years of strategic, sophisticated marketing and advertising programs that have resulted in our strong brand name at home, in the community and with state and federal agencies.
