  • Our Restaurants 
    • Express: Concession-style counter service, coupled with grab-and-go options, with a limited menu. Ideal for stadium and university locations. Approximately 750 sq ft or larger.
    • Kiosk: Quick service, grab-and-go options with a limited menu and seating. Small footprint kiosks are best suited for malls, business centers, and parks. Approximately 850 sq. ft. or larger.
    • Standard: Full-Service Dining with counter bar with a full menu. Approximately 4800 sq. ft or larger
    • Flagship: Full-Service Dining with extended bar and outdoor patio with a full menu. Approximately 5,800 sq ft. or larger

    • CPK is known and loved for culinary and experiential creativity. Our menu offers imaginative and globally relevant culinary experiences, born from a California state of mind. Regional flavor and flare are critically important to us, and it’s what our guests have come to expect. Join us as we help create a curated menu with core CPK Favorites, CPK Category Add-ins like Breakfast & Specialty Coffee Beverages, and Local Flavors.
    • Our head chef, Brian Sullivan is responsible for so many of our innovations and industry firsts over the years, from our Cauliflower Crust in 2017 to the just-launched Chickpea Crust. He works closely with our local partners to customize a portion of the menu with locally inspired recipes and ingredients.
