VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, — Liberty Tax, Inc., the parent company of Liberty Tax Service, announced today the launch of SiempreTax+, a national tax preparation brand focused on the unique and diverse needs of the Hispanic community.
SiempreTax+ is an independent brand under the Liberty Tax umbrella. Siempre means "always" and conveys the brand’s customer service values — always accurate, open year-round, and always there for customers. Siempre will provide tax preparation plus a wide array of services and solutions for Spanish-speaking customers in the language they prefer — English or Spanish. One important service will be Siempre’s assistance in helping customers understand the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and their responsibilities under the law. Siempre will host ACA seminars and provide materials in Spanish that will be tailored to specific situations most likely to affect SiempreTax+ customers.
