INDEPENDENCE, Ohio — Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call are pleased to announce the success of their recent mini-camp that was hosted at the American Management Association Executive Conference Center in Arlington, VA on May 2nd and 3rd. The two companies comprise the world’s largest technology services franchise network and are owned by parent organization, Merrymeeting Group headquartered in Independence, OH.
The mini-camp focused exclusively on managed service solutions with presentations by vendors from Continuum, Carbonite and Doctor Backup. The franchise network’s newly created Business Solutions Program was introduced during the two day mini-camp. This new initiative will enable franchise owners to build their own managed services options that can be customized to the specific needs of each client. Clients will receive enhanced service options that aren’t available through current “off the shelf” solutions. Both Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call look forward to offering this new level of customized managed services to their clients around the country.
